Patrick and Jolene Girard purchased the hotel from Zach and Jayda Widen on Aprill 10, 2022. Pat owns Girard Crop & Cattle Coverage, LLC and will operate that business from the hotel. Jolene provides meal/catering services and plans to continue doing that as well. The Girards are excited to begin this new adventure, having run the VanDeMark House as a restaurant several years ago, and most recently, The St. Joe Store.
